History

MGM Resorts International currently owns and operates the resort, which features carnival type activities and circus acts on its Midway. True to its name, the resort has the world’s largest permanent big top.

What They Are Famous For
The Circus Buffet is considered as among the largest buffets in Las Vegas! You will find plenty of your favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner here, thanks to the salad bar with its extensive line of salad ingredients, the carving station with its dizzying array of meats, and the all-you-can-eat fried shrimp. You should always leave room for one or two of the decadent desserts since the buffet is just as famous for them, too.
Plus, kids under 4 years old can eat for free for as long as they are with a paying adult. Your dollar should go a long way here since it’s also considered as among the most reasonably-priced in The Strip. Your kids will love the kid-friendly items, too, which include chicken tenders and mac n’ cheese, as well as the kid-friendly décor that makes them feel at home.
If you are a breakfast person, your appreciation for the most important meal of the day will increase with the large selection of breakfast items. Your choices include French toast, pancakes, waffles, as well as eggs, ham, bacon, and sausages with coffee and fruit juices also available. Your repertoire of breakfast items may also be expanded with several interesting scrambled eggs choices.
For lunch and dinner, the selections change with eggs with cheese and vegetables, mushroom and roast beef stew, tater tots, baked fish, and fajitas, among others, for the main dishes with meats from the carving station satisfying the meat lovers. The salad bar also offers healthy choices with fruit and vegetables galore.
Indeed, the cost-conscious prices on the food items are not the only pleasant surprises at the Circus Buffet – you will also love the delicious quality of every food and drink on the stations. The wait staff are helpful without being disruptive as you eat your meal as well as warm without being intrusive.
