History
The M Resort opened in 2009 by Anthony Marnell, son of Tony Marnell, a famous hotel developer in Las Vegas who helped build the Wynn Las Vegas, the Bellagio, and the Caesars Palace. The Studio B Buffet came with the hotel, offering their own version of what an all-you-can-eat restaurant should be.
Studio B got its name from its built in kitchen studio, so aside from being a favored buffet restaurant by Las Vegas locals, the Studio B is also known for being the home of Top Chef season 6, where their kitchen studio was used as the show’s main set.
