History
Casino buffets are Las Vegas’ signature restaurants as they have been around for more than half a century in Sin City already. Before, it served as an additional draw for people to spend time in the casinos and play more. They were a cost efficient solution to the casinos’ need to provide meals for their patrons without having to keep a full kitchen open at all hours. Today, it has become one of the top things people enjoy when visiting Las Vegas.
The Bellagio, being one of the most elegant places in Las Vegas, opened their own buffet restaurant when they opened their doors in 1998. Alongside a few more high end dining establishments, they provided ample options for their guests and patrons. But as the Bellagio is famed for their elegance, they made sure to take their offerings up a notch and serve gourmet dishes for their buffet diners.
