History
The Cosmopolitan was opened on 15 December 2010 and it has since then garnered several awards in the hospitality industry. Among its awards are Gogobot’s 2013 The Best Hotel in the World and Conde Nast Traveller’s Gold List for 2015 as one of the Top Hotels in the World. The complex consists of two high-rise towers, namely, the Cosmopolitan Casino Beach Club Tower and the Cosmopolitan Casino Spa Tower.

Wicked Spoon has several sections that make it easy to navigate through the wide range of food and drinks.
- Salad area consists of chickpea salad, Italian panzanella bread salad, and pita slices as well as hummus and pungent cheeses. The buffet is not your usual salad station with the standard bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, and greens with toppings and dressings either.
- Seafood station offers a wide variety of shellfish as well as fish and chips, grilled salmon, and seafood. The fish and chips are a must because the fish is as crisp as can be with a choice between tasty remoulade and tart tartar sauce for side.
